041 The End is in the Beginning 8

The Gospel of Thomas :18 “The disciples said to Jesus, “Tell us how the end will be.”
Jesus said, “Have you discovered, then, the beginning, that you look for the end?  For where the beginning is, there will the end beBlessed is he who will take his place in the beginning, he will know the end and will not experience death (or be deceived by the dead).”

In this series of PodCasts we will be exploring this deeply enigmatic statement of Jesus. What does it mean that the end is in the beginning? How do you take your place in the beginning? How do scenarios in the beginning relate to the end times?

Did you know that the Fallen Angels are examples of the ways of the Wicked at the End? Who can wield the Sword of the Lord? Why was the manna hidden? Did you know that the Holy Spirit is Wisdom? Should you honor your father and mother if they are wicked? Was Paul the apostles to the Gentiles? Who are the Children of the Promise? What do the feet of Iron and clay in Nebuchadnezzar’s dream represent?

In this podcast you will find the answers to these questions and many more.

A Momentous Occasion – 400-Year Anniversary

It is indeed a momentous occasion for America. Four hundred years ago, on November 11, 1620, the Pilgrims came ashore on land. That is now in Provincetown on Cape Cod. The Pilgrims’ story is a central theme in the history and culture of the United States of America. The Pilgrim Fathers were that band of Puritans who founded the colony of Plymouth, Massachusetts in 1620.

A pilgrim is defined a person who journeys a long distance to some sacred place as an act of devotion. They were escaping religious persecution and going to the Promised Land.

The Pilgrims Landing

“PROVINCETOWN – The year 1620 is etched in the annals of world history. It is the year a group of English settlers known as the Pilgrims seeking religious freedom boarded their ship, Mayflower. They braved a hazardous trip across the Atlantic Ocean to establish a new home.”

Plymouth Rock – 1620

Seeing this date etched in Plymouth Rock is like seeing the writing on the Wall. “Mene, mene, teckel, upharsin” in the time of Daniel spelled the end for the Babylonian king and the end of the Babylonian captivity. It marks an especially important date for the people of God.

Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing – Beware!

Many have tried to solve the identity of these ‘wolves in sheep’s clothing.’ This has been the great “mystery of iniquity” to be revealed at the time of the end! To find out the answer, let’s pay close attention to what Jesus/Y’hoshua said, in context, and then think deeply about what he said. He also said he would reveal things that have been kept secret from the foundation of the world to those who will seek for it, and at the end, ‘the weeds will become plainly visible.’

The Herd Mentality

‘Sheeple’ is a derogatory term for people who follow, like sheep, those who lead them into a herd mentality. People have a tendency to follow the crowd blindly with the great help of mass manipulation. They are tracked and traced and the data collected give the tools to do just that! They have been led into error and destruction. But God knows everything they do and has promised to send a Deliverer like unto Moses for His flock.

“Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel is come unto Me; and I have also seen the oppression wherewith the Egyptians oppress them. Come now, therefore, and I will send you to Pharaoh, that you may bring forth My people, out of Egypt.”

The LORD God to Moses, Exodus 3:9-10
‘Sheeple’ follow blindly

Jesus identified the leaders, the priests and governors, in his time as hypocrites and “blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.” Mat 15:14

“I am not sent but unto the Lost Sheep of the House of Israel.”

“The Lord has anointed me to preach good tidings to the meek; He has sent me to heal/bind up the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance/liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind…”

Jesus, Matthew 15:24, Mark 4:17-19 (Isaiah 61)

Francis Approves Accountability Smokescreen

Rome, Italy

On June 10th, the Vatican announced the initiation of a “new accountability process” for their organization in regards to their internal reporting and handling of bishops accused of “abuse of office” when it comes to how they handle child abusers. The process was drafted by the popes Commission for the Protection of Minors which is led by Boston Cardinal Sean O’Malley. Catholic leaders and laity are calling this system a potential “breakthrough moment on an issue that has plagued the church globally”.
