Prophecy Monthly – August 2025

August is usually a quite month. Many people around the world are on vacation and the last days of summer break are winding to a close. This August, there was a lot of talk. Talk about peace.

“…they have seduced My People, saying, Peace; and there was no peace;…”

Ezekiel 13:10

There were two major summits of world leaders in August with the focus of ending the war in Ukraine. Did the war end? No. There was also another Israel-Hamas ceasefire agreement, the terms of which were accepted by Hamas. What happened? Israel announced an expansion of the war goals. Trump was labeled the ‘President of Peace’ by himself and others, claimed to have ended at least six wars and yet, still no peace. There were other events in August, such as wildfires, school shootings and even a Haboob. Read below to learn more. What do all of these events have to do with prophecy?

September was a pivotal month across several fronts. Another US state rolled out a trial Digital Drivers License and the G-20 gathering of nations approved a global alliance on digital public infrastructure. September 16th marked ‘International Identification Day’ to promote ID cards for all. These are all steps toward the prophesied ‘Mark of the Beast’.
