Santa Claus is coming to town so hide your children

Pedo-Santa
Santa Claus or pedophile?

“Santa Claus is Coming to Town” was first sung on Eddie Cantor’s radio show in 1934 and is the third most popular Christmas song of all time.  Jolly old Saint Nick or Santa Claus was an Orthodox Catholic Priest in the 3rd century and due to his habit of secret gift giving he became the patron saint of children among other things.  When you consider that the Catholic Church is the most pedophilic organization to ever exist, the words to this song are downright scary.  How would you feel if a pedophile was saying these things to your child?

Santa Claus is Coming to town

You better watch out
You better not cry
Better not pout
I’m telling you why
Santa Claus is coming to town

He’s making a list
And checking it twice
Gonna find out who’s naughty and nice
Santa Claus is coming to town

He sees you when you’re sleeping
He knows when you’re awake
He knows if you’ve been bad or good
So be good for goodness sake!

O! You better watch out!
You better not cry
Better not pout
I’m telling you why
Santa Claus is coming to town

  1. By all means reject Santa because it takes attention from Jesus. That is a fair call. However, this song is not evidence of pedophilia. It’s a song to scare children into being good.

    Creepy? Yes.

However, that does not mean that Santa or Eddie Cantor’s song are evidence of pedophilia.

    1. This article does not attempt to offer up “Santa Claus is coming to town” as evidence of pedophilia? If you need evidence of pedophilia in the Catholic Church I’d suggest you look to the News. If you wonder about the root and origin of Christmas, then I’d say this song sums it up quite well. Whether Eddie and friends intended this is anyone’s guess. Reminds me of “Every Breath You Take” by the Police… great song until you stop and actually listen to the lyrics.
