Off to See the Wizard

On October 29th, Joe and Jill Biden will pay a visit to the Pope. Biden’s visit is publicly focused on discussing issues like human rights, climate change and the poor. This year, the list of topics includes ending the COVID-19 pandemic, something the Pope previously asked Mary to do.

But the main ‘brew-ha-ha’ circling this particular Vatican visit is regarding Biden’s desire to eat a cracker.

Biden want a cracker?

In the Catholic Church, eating a cracker during mass is fulfilling the Sacrament of the Eucharist, a ‘necessary’ tradition of their religion. But, in order to qualify for this Communion feast, you must be a Catholic in “good standing” which means adhering to their beliefs, all of them. A faction of the US Catholic Bishops is campaigning to prevent Biden from receiving communion because of his political stance on abortion rights.

One of these Bishops speaking out against Biden, Pelosi and other Catholic pro-choice politicians is Archbishop Cordileone of San Francisco, a city included in Nancy Pelosi’s own Congressional District. Cordileone penned a letter summarizing his stance against politicians taking communion. In that letter he states: ‘The earliest description of our Catholic Eucharistic liturgy in Rome is found in the middle of the second century. St. Justin Martyr… explains the criteria for reception of the Eucharist: “No one may share the Eucharist with us unless he believes what we teach is true; unless he is washed in the regenerating waters of baptism for the remission of his sins, and unless he lives in accordance with the principles given us by Christ.”’

Cannon Law

The current Cannon Law makes a similar statement:

“A person who is conscious of grave sin is not to celebrate Mass or receive the body of the Lord without previous sacramental confession unless there is a grave reason and there is no opportunity to confess; in this case the person is to remember the obligation to make an act of perfect contrition which includes the resolution of confessing as soon as possible.”

Code of Cannon Law Book IV, Part 1, Title III, Chapter 1. Article 2 Participation in the Most Holy Eucharist Can. 916

This could take us down the road of what a “grave sin” is to the Catholic Church versus what sin is according to God, but that is for another time.

The matter at hand is the Roman Catholic Church’s long history of dictating civil law through the threats of with-holding Communion. Excommunication is the ‘last-step’ in this method of controlling people and governments. When a person is excommunicated the are dispensed the “most severe ecclesiastical penalty, which impedes the reception of the sacraments.” 1Catholic Catechism Paragraph 1463 In other words, you can not participate in Communion. So far, the US Bishops are not using the word excommunication in regards to Biden, but they are essentially threatening the next worst thing to someone who believes eating a cracker holds the key to their salvation.

Catholic Politicians

In 1960, John Kennedy was pointedly and publicly asked, as a catholic candidate for the presidency, if he was going to do the will of the people or the will of the Pope. So much concern existed that Kennedy gave a speech to a group of Protestant ministers to address his religious views. A question and answer session following the speech shows the concerns directly from the people at the time specifically with the separation of church and state. In the video below are some key excerpts that highlight the struggle between what politicians state compared to what the Catholic Church documents and leaders state.

Of particular note is Kennedy’s statement that:

“I do not accept the right of any ecclesiastical official to tell me what I shall do in the sphere of my public responsibility as an elected official.”

John Kennedy, 1960

Three years later Kennedy got more than a slap on the hand for a disagreement with someone. The Roman papacy should be on the suspect list.

What would give people the idea that the Pope, the head of a Roman Church, could influence a US catholic politician?

The people who established America were fleeing religious persecution and influence. The Papacy has a very long history of directing kings and queens, rulers and politicians. Famously, they have self-proclaimed “deposing powers” giving themselves authority to seat and unseat kings and rulers. They have in fact done so many times. Linked here is a list, albeit not a complete one.

Catholic Politics

Regarding “politics”, their own leaders and doctrine states:

“We shall offend many people in saying We must of necessity concern ourselves with politics. But whoever judges the question fairly must recognize that the Sovereign Pontiff, invested by God with the Supreme Magistracy, has not the right to separate political matters from the domain of faith and morals.”

Pius X, November 9, 1903 Vicars of Christ, The Dark Side of the Papacy by Peter DeRosa (c) 1988

2032 “… To the Church belongs the right always and everywhere to announce moral principles, including those pertaining to the social order, and to make judgements on any human affairs to the extent that they are required by the fundamental rights of the human person or the salvation of souls.”

2246 “It is a part of the Church’s mission “to pass moral judgements even in matters related to politics, whenever the fundamental rights of man or the salvation of souls requires it. The means, the only means, she may use are those which are in accord with the Gospel and the welfare of all men according to the diversity of times and circumstances.”

Catechism of the Catholic Church, Imprimi Potest Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger (c) 1994

A House Divided

So what does the religious head of the Roman church today say on the Biden-Communion matter from his seat of ‘authority’ in the Vatican?

“I have never refused the eucharist to anyone…But never have I been conscious of having a person in front of me as you describe [pro-abortion politicians]. Communion is not a prize for the perfect,…Communion is a gift, a gift, the presence of Jesus in his Church. It is in the community. This is the theology. Then, those who are not in the community cannot take Communion. … But the issue is not a theological problem, which is simple. The problem is a pastoral problem… But if he [the pastor] stops this shepherding of the Church, immediately he becomes a politician. And you will see this in all the denunciations, in all the non-pastoral condemnations that the Church makes…

The principles are from theology, the pastoral care is theology…But always condemnation, condemnation, enough with excommunication. Please let us not place any more excommunications. Poor people. They are children of God. They are outside temporarily, but they are children of God…”

Pope Francis, September 15, 2021

No wonder the Bishops are in disagreement. Don’t give communion to those outside, but don’t condemn or excommunicate them either.

It looks like the Bishops withholding the crackers from Biden are more aware of their Roman Catholic Church rules than the current pope. Or maybe not. Consider the Jesuit background of Pope Francis. Jesuits play both sides of the coin. What an effective way to spread their influence and control. Their own oath mandates this deception. The Bishops and Francis are both playing politics with this issue. Politics IS what they do; teaching God’s Word is not.

Let’s look closer at this Catholic interpretation of the Eucharist to see if there is any truth to be found.

Hocus-Pocus

The Roman Catholic Church doctrine teaches that the Eucharist or Communion cracker is actually changed into the physical body of Christ when the priest says “Hocus-pocus.” Well, they don’t use those exact words, but pretty close. They actually say “Hoc est enim corpus meum”, but you can see the connection. A follower must eat this cracker now turned into a piece of Christ’s actual flesh, in order to actively participate in ‘the sacrifice of the cross’ with Christ. It is ‘the source and summit of the Christian life’ according to the Catholic Catechism.

If this act of wizardry sounds crazy and sick you’re not alone. Even a majority of Catholics think the Eucharist is ‘symbolic’, making it apparent that their leaders have neglected to stress the cannibalistic intentions of these ceremonies. The Roman Catholic Church does not follow the teachings of the Bible; they follow the doctrines of men compiled in the Catechism.

1376 “The Council of Trent summarizes the Catholic faith by declaring: “Because Christ our Redeemer said that it was truly his body that he was offering under the species of bread, it has always been the conviction of the Church of God, and this holy Council now declares again, that by the consecration of the bread and wine there takes place a change of the whole substance of the bread into the substance of the body of Christ our Lord and of the whole substance of the wine into the substance of his blood. This change the holy (Roman) Catholic Church has fittingly and properly called transubstantiation.”

Catechism of the Catholic Church, Imprimi Potest Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger (c) 1994 Part Two, Section Two, Chapter One, Article 3: The Sacrament of the Eucharist

Jesus is a Cracker!

So if the bread is actually Jesus, when you tear it or chew it, are you breaking off an arm and a leg? Those wizards back in Trent addressed that very question next. Continuing in the Catechism…

1377 “The Eucharistic presence of Christ begins at the moment of the consecration and endures as long as the Eucharistic species subsist. Christ is present whole and entire in each of the species and whole and entire in each of their parts, in such a way that the breaking of the bread does not divide Christ.”

Catechism of the Catholic Church, Imprimi Potest Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger (c) 1994 Part Two, Section Two, Chapter One, Article 3: The Sacrament of the Eucharist

Phew! No broken arms, but a whole lot of little Christs’ just resting in bread baskets waiting to be eaten. To be clear, this is ridiculous and an offense to God and Jesus.

Another Transubstantiation

Paul warned in 2nd Corinthians about angels or messengers (not flying magical ghosts, but actual people with a message) that transform themselves into something they are not. The Roman Catholic hierarchy has done just that, portraying themselves as messenger of God’s Word, when what they teach is anything but that.

“For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan (the adversary against God) himself is transformed into an angel (messenger) of light (truth). Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.”

2 Cor 11:13-15

The only transubstantiation occurring is within the Catholic hierarchy. Those who appear righteous on the outside, but are full of hypocrisy and wickedness on the inside. See Matthew 23 and consider who those Pharisees are today.

Eat My Words

What is the significance of the Last Supper or the Passover meal when Jesus told the Apostles to ‘eat, this is my body?’ Well, he was not telling them to eat physical bread as a transformation into or even a symbol of his actual flesh. He was telling the Apostles to consume/assimilate the Words that he spoke in order to learn God’s Words, Will and Purpose.

“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us…”

John 1:14

“It is the spirit that quickens (makes alive); the flesh profits nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.”

John 6:63

Put simply, eat my Words! Just like Baptism and Circumcision, the Passover Meal has a spiritual meaning that has been completely lost to religious leaders of today. This is all clearly spelled out in this article: Flesh and Blood or Cracker and Grape Juice?

Remember:

“This people draws near to me with their mouth, and honor me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship Me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. And he called the multitude, and said to them, ‘Hear, and understand: Not that which goes into the mouth defiles a man; but that which comes out of the mouth, this defiles a man.'”

Matt 15:8-11

The Words spoken by Jesus are the ‘manna’ or ‘bread from heaven’. That is what you are to consume if you are to have life.

Back to The Roots

The influence of these Bishops, Cardinals and the Pope should raise a red flag anywhere Catholic politicians are concerned. Who are they working for? Who holds them in line? The teaching of the Roman Catholic Church or the will of the people? According to their church doctrine, they all work for the Pope.

On the matter of Communion; the Bishops, the Pope, Biden, even Protestants, Baptists and Evangelicals are all wrong on this issue. The root understanding of a physical cracker-eating communion is rotten to the core. It does not matter if you’ve been taught it’s a symbolic act or a cannibalistic ritual.

The true spiritual truth is rooted in the Scriptures, both Old and New Testament. Jesus taught that his Words and God’s Words are the spiritual manna, bread from heaven, which you are to eat. Read them and contemplate on them to learn God’s Will and Purpose. You will learn nothing by eating a physical cracker, but eternal life comes from the living Words of God Almighty.

“And when they shall say to you, ‘Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter’: should not a people seek unto their God? why would you consult with the dead on behalf of the living? To the Law and to the testimony: if they do not speak according to this Word, it is because there is no light in them.” Isaiah 8:19-20
